As Head of Operations at Thornton Jones Solicitors, Molly oversees HR, IT, and marketing across our four offices, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the firm.
Molly is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to do their best work. She is CIPD Level 5 qualified in People Management, reflecting her commitment to developing and leading effective people strategies that help both individuals and the firm thrive.
Alongside her work at Thornton Jones, Molly is a member of the WACCL committee, which organises an annual fundraising event supporting children and young people across the Wakefield district.
In her spare time she enjoys socialising with her family & friends, and you’ll often find her sipping a cocktail somewhere sunny in the world with her Husband Adam!
