Pauline is a Licensed Conveyancer at Thornton Jones and brings with her a wealth of experience in residential property matters. Having worked in conveyancing for many years, Pauline has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the conveyancing process, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions.

Pauline is committed to providing a high level of client care and takes pride in guiding clients through what can often be one of life’s most significant transactions. Known for her approachable and supportive nature, Pauline works closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other professionals to ensure matters progress as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

In addition to supporting her clients, Pauline plays a key leadership role within the department, mentoring colleagues and helping to drive the continued success of the Residential Conveyancing Team.

Jess and Natalie have been dealing with our conveyancing case for over 18 months and throughout that time, I have found them to be both proactive and sympathetic to our situation, which was appreciated. We used Thornton Jones for our previous house purchase and again this time, and while the situation (separation and tandem house moves) was incredibly tricky to tie together on this occasion, they somehow managed it, which we were incredibly grateful for. We normally go to a larger solicitors for all our services but due to the other buyer being the executor we needed to find another solicitor. I did what I usually do and asked on Facebook for advice and Thornton Jones came up as a good local solicitor for house moves, so we connected with them. We had quite a complicated house move (well if felt complicated to me, but it might have been normal to them) with probate taking much longer than expected and lots of miscommunications with the executor also being the solicitor from the other firm. But Anna and Olivia dealt with them all in a calm, reassuring way. I would not hesitate to recommend them for house moves, their knowledge and expertise was incredible and reassuring. Making sure that every little detail was checked off before willing to proceed. I really hope not to move again, but I would certainly use again if I am crazy enough to attempt it!
