Jess and Natalie have been dealing with our conveyancing case for over 18 months and throughout that time, I have found them to be both proactive and sympathetic to our situation, which was appreciated. We normally go to a larger solicitors for all our services but due to the other buyer being the executor we needed to find another solicitor. I did what I usually do and asked on Facebook for advice and Thornton Jones came up as a good local solicitor for house moves, so we connected with them. We had quite a complicated house move (well if felt complicated to me, but it might have been normal to them) with probate taking much longer than expected and lots of miscommunications with the executor also being the solicitor from the other firm. But Anna and Olivia dealt with them all in a calm, reassuring way. I would not hesitate to recommend them for house moves, their knowledge and expertise was incredible and reassuring. Making sure that every little detail was checked off before willing to proceed. I really hope not to move again, but I would certainly use again if I am crazy enough to attempt it!
